Green Angel Ventures welcomes climate investment from High Net Wealth Individuals, institutions, corporates and family offices.
If investing as an individual, you can choose to join our angel syndicate, the only one in the UK which exclusively invests in companies fighting climate change. Or you can invest through our EIS Climate Change Fund, which spreads your investment across multiple companies over approximately a year.
Join our angel syndicate
Membership of Green Angel Syndicate gives you access to all our individual deals, as well as the chance to be involved in assessing and selecting them.
It also allows you to participate with around 350 other members of the Syndicate, and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
You are encouraged to participate in our due diligence process.
You may have the opportunity to take up Board positions with the companies once the deals are completed, if you are the most suitable to contribute to the company’s success.
As with the Climate Change Fund, all investments are eligible for EIS (and/or SEIS) tax reliefs.
